Rob Feder, Attorney
Rob has more than three decades’ experience handling complex and varied real estate transactions. Complementing his work on commercial property purchases, sales, leasing and development, Rob has closed many land projects — often in cooperation with diverse public agencies and private non-profit organizations — ranging from conservation easements and open space sales to the platting and entitlement of historic ranch properties requiring the preservation of key landscapes.

Shelli Graff, Attorney
Shelli Graff manages all general office, administration and marketing at our firm.
Prior to joining our firm in 2002, Shelli worked as a corporate attorney at a large firm in Los Angeles and cofounded and served as President of a unique environmental education and recycling company where she managed the company’s marketing, general operations and legal and business affairs. Shelli also volunteers as a pro-bono attorney and serves as a Board Member for the Anti-Defamation League.
Dana Kates, Paralegal
Dana brings years of diverse business and professional experience to her position as paralegal for our firm where she supports the firm’s attorneys in their corporate and real estate law transactional work.
While serving as an executive for a financial institution, Ms. Kates negotiated joint venture agreements, commercial leasing documents and oversaw real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Dana’s prior experience includes working as an office manager and paralegal for a prestigious law firm.
